Their Love Story Flourished To Their Elegant Wedding Day

It all started September 19th 2019. Now almost two years later they have said “I do” and have begun their future together by celebrating their love with an elegant wedding day that I had the honor to be a part of!

These two love birds met freshman year of college. Down the road they both ended up in the same missionary groups going to Germany. It was there that they unexpectedly both fell head over heals for each-other and started dating. Several months after dating Zach decided to take Kelly to a beautiful garden lookout. To Kelly’s knowledge she thought they were only getting dinner, although when they arrived the restaurant was closed. Zach suggested to just take a stroll through the garden. Little did Kelly know the night was well planned out because a few short minutes later Zach got down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage. After she agreed to forever the rest of her family “popped up” out of hiding cheering on the newly engaged couple.

They have been in a long distance relationship since 2020 so tieing the not was saying “goodbye to goodbyes.”

You two were the sweetest couple. So kind, and so gentle. I loved getting to know you through your consultation, to meeting Kelly’s family in person, to laughing through your engagement session. Listening to your love story and the passion you have to serve Christ gives me chills. Keep chasing after Him, encouraging each other to do the same, and always turn to Christ in those hard times.

I love you both, and will cherish your elegant wedding day forever. Kelly you are a stunning bride! Both your vows brought me to tears, your dances put me on another level of emotional, and the way your family included me to be apart of the day was the sweetest thing ever.

Thank you so much for trusting me to capture one of the most important days of your life. I loved being apart of it!

Fun Facts About Bride and Groom

What are your favorite things to do together as a couple?

We both like to watch movies, go out to downtowns, get coffee together and hang out with friends and family.

What is your ideal date night?

I think we would both say go out to dinner, get some dessert or coffee after and come home and watch a movie together.

What are your favorite foods, drinks, snacks, etc.?

He loves steak and seafood, ice tea/coke, Swedish fish, smart food white cheddar popcorn, and he loves metal music lol. I love Chinese food and Mexican food, coke and love coffee, sour patch kids, Hawaiian chips sweet and spicy.

He is kind, smart, loving, Godly, funny. She is Godly, kind, tough, beautiful, funny.

What is your favorite thing about each other?

I love how much he cares for the people in his life. I love the joy she brings into my life and the lives of everyone around her.
