Their Love Story | Santa Barbara Courthouse Engagement Session

“Dylan and I met at a Halloween party on our college campus. I was dressed up as Rod Kimble from Hot Rod and he yelled off the balcony “Are you Hot Rod?” to which I enthusiastically responded “Yes!” And he finished off the exchange with a “That’s so cool!”

4 months later after a whirlwind friendship and a handful of mini adventures, I fell hard for his goofy attitude and kind heart. I cautiously admitted my feelings for him to my mom by texting her “I’m so scared, he’s really cool”. Fortunately for us, but mortifyingly for me, he saw the text on my phone during a camping trip and the rest was history!

Two years and some change later we got engaged and are tying the knot in February on our three year anniversary!”
