Summer Wedding at the Dinosaur Caves Park | Lillian & Kevin

The Dinosaur Caves Park in Pismo Beach, California is such a stunning landscape for a wedding day! When Lillian and Kevin inquired with me for their summer wedding here, I was so excited! It features gorgeous views of the California coastline and a perfect spot to have your wedding day. It also has nice bathrooms and ample parking, so if you’re having more guests on your wedding day, this is a great upside to the Dinosaur Caves Park.

Dreamy Summer Wedding Day in California

Lillian and Kevin have such a sweet story! They met in November of 2015, so they’re officially tying the knot after almost 6 years at Dinosaur Caves Park. Their favorite things to do with each other are cuddling on the couch with their puppy, Pismo; watching TV; going out to eat just the two of us; hiking; playing with our son, Cormac; traveling together; and hanging out with their family!

I love getting to know my couples before their wedding day! So, of course, I had to ask Lillian exactly how Kevin popped the question!

“On Christmas day! He had the whole day planned out and said we had to open our presents in the evening, which I thought was odd because I always open presents first thing in the morning. The last present was a scrapbook he had made of our love story and at the end he got down on one knee and proposed. It was covid time, so we couldn’t have our families there, but we skyped them all afterward to tell them the good news.”

They were both really excited to have all their favorite people together but in intimate setting. It was important to them for their Dinosaur Caves Park wedding day to be intentional and be able to appreciate everyone that came to celebrate their marriage!
