Your information, handled with care.

I take your trust seriously, on your wedding day and online. This policy explains what information Alyssa Flores Photography LLC ("I," "me," or "my") collects through alyssafloresphoto.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, just email me. I'm happy to help.
Information you give me. When you fill out an inquiry form, book a call, sign a contract, or email me, I collect the details you share, such as:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, mine uses cookies and similar tools. I use Google Analytics to understand general visitor activity, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser used, and how visitors found the site. I also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which helps me see how my ads perform, including when someone sends an inquiry, and show my work to people who have visited my site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If I ever send marketing emails, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
If you give me permission on my inquiry form, I may text you about your inquiry, our call, and your booking. Message and data rates may apply, and how often I text depends on our conversation. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Your phone number and your permission to receive texts are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
I do not sell or rent your personal information, ever. I only share it with the trusted services that help me run my business, and only what they need to do their job. These include my client management and payment platform (HoneyBook), my website host (Showit), Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), my email newsletter provider (Flodesk), and my online gallery and print lab partners. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my business and clients.
How your images may be used, including in my portfolio or on social media, is covered in your signed contract. If you'd like your images kept private, just let me know and I'll honor that.
I keep your information for as long as I need it to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements. You can always ask me to delete your information sooner.
I use reputable, secure platforms and limit access to your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but I work hard to protect what you share with me.
You can ask me at any time to:
California residents also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. I never sell personal information. Because I use the Meta Pixel, some website activity (like pages visited) may be shared with Meta to show you my ads, which California law can treat as "sharing." To opt out, email me, block third-party cookies in your browser, or adjust your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. I'll never treat you differently for using your rights, and I'll respond to requests within the timeframe the law requires.
My website is meant for adults planning weddings and sessions. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
My site links to other places, like Instagram, HoneyBook, and vendor websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies too.
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
